At AxoStream, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our IPTV service. We understand that technical issues or changes in circumstances can occur, and we have established this Refund Policy to provide a fair process for all users.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- Initial Purchase: You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are unable to use the service due to technical issues on our end.
- Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your login credentials (M3U link or Xtream Codes) within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Technical Issues: If our support team is unable to resolve a critical service outage or compatibility issue that prevents you from accessing the majority of our content.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Your internet connection speed is insufficient for high-quality streaming (minimum 25Mbps recommended for 4K).
- Issues related to your specific hardware device or third-party IPTV application.
- Temporary outage of a single channel or specific VOD title, as our library is subject to change.
- Violations of our Terms of Service, such as account sharing or restreaming content.
- If more than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email (refunds@axostream.com). Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, including screenshots of any technical issues if applicable.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Before requesting a refund, we highly encourage you to contact our 24/7 technical support. 95% of streaming issues are related to local network configurations or app settings which our team can resolve in minutes.
