By accessing and using AxoStream, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our streaming services.
2. Provision of Service
AxoStream provides a subscription-based IPTV service allowing access to live television channels and video-on-demand content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. Subscription and Account Security
- Personal Use: Subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials or M3U/Xtream Codes with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
- Concurrent Connections: Usage is limited to the number of concurrent connections allowed by your specific plan (1 for Standard, up to 3 for Premium).
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Restreaming, rebroadcasting, or redistributing any content provided by AxoStream.
- Recording content for commercial distribution.
- Attempting to bypass any security measures or server protocols.
- Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Content Availability
Our channel list and VOD library are dynamic. We constantly update our servers to provide the best content. Consequently, specific channels or titles may be added or removed without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
AxoStream shall not be held liable for any interruptions in service caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, hardware failures of the user, or third-party app limitations. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
